How to use the system

New users must STRICTLY first read the information below to understand how our system is used before they proceed to make any payments on the website:
Please understand that we love and appeciate your support but as well you must follow guidelines for a conducive environment of our system.
Please note: If you feel like you cannot follow the procedure below, kindly refrain from using our system.
1.0 Making payments:
On the system, strictly enter only the right information for the serial number you want to pay for, don't be on abnormal rushes to pay for a wrong serial number. Enter it, cross check to confirm if its right, then proceed to pay.
1.1 Confirming your payment.
Enter your phone number starting with 07.. please note 079 phone numbers aren't in the system yet, and so they will not process the payment.
A push notification will be sent to your phone number and prompt you to Enter your PIN to confirm the transaction.
Please note: For MTN users, a higher balance on mobile money is required for example: if you're paying for 63,000, you must have a balance of about 67,000 and you will retain the balance on your mobile money.
1.2 Checking Receipt
After you completing the payment: you have received and email and as well a payment confirmation message.
Check for your receipt: follow;
- Go to Documents and support
- Choose Check subscription
- Enter phone number used to pay
After searching, you will find the possible outcomes:
Outcome 1:
IPN state: success
Reconnection state: pending
This means you just need to be patient for about 10-15mins and refresh the website for your receipt to surface.
Outcome 2:
Reconnection: rejected : reason ~ serial mumber price doubled by Mango
This means you have to pay for the original subscription amount again. This is clearly explained here, please read further about it using this link:

Outcome 3:
Reconnection state: Rejected
This means the system has rejected your submission, possible reasons include:
- The system can suspiciously flag your submission because it might be your error while paying. Non-activated decorders (Newly purchased devices that haven't been connected to the internet) are flagged.
- Paying for a serial number that has a long validity relative to the subscription being paid. For example; you pay for 6 months, but the device has 170 days of validity.
- Double transactions: A user consecutively paying for subscription of the same device, you pay for the same device twice consecutively at the same time. The system will reject the second transaction.
What you're supposed to do in this case:
Use that WhatsApp button and connect with our support team, request for a resolution, this is either a refund or a correction for the mistake you submitted or to subscribe to the serial number rejected on your will.
Outcome 4:
Reconnection state: Rejected reason ~ invalid serial number.
This means you submitted a wrong serial number and the system flagged it as invalid, in such cases, you must engage our WhatsApp team to correct the error you made.
Outcome 5:
Reconnection state: connected - view receipt
This means your device has been reconnected and a proof given to you (receipt).
In such cases the transaction is completed on all ends; our end, your end.
What to do in this case:
- Reboot your decorder; remove device from power and then put it back again. (Don't use the remote).
- Confirm if internet is connected under network setting > WIFI or wireless settings. Confirm if the internet source as well has an active Internet connection
Check if your server is connected, the server is the last server either 10 or 15.
Go to menu > network setting > server setting > notice you're on the 1st server, move it to the biggest on the list using the right or left buttons
If you find “server disconnected: load dafault server by pressing button corresponding to Load default server ” your decorder will show you.
Your device should be working once all this is met.

Please take a moment to read the following important guidelines:
Mango strictly forbids re-streaming content via its devices.
Do not use Mango devices with HDMI splitters or in public areas such as cafés, bars, or video clubs.
To avoid triggering the system's security protocols, do not watch a single channel for more than 8 consecutive hours.
Exceeding this may flag your device and result in penalties. Always turn off your devices when not in use.
As a safety measure, do not make payments through low-liquidity Mango holders . This is risky, as they may manipulate your orders, potentially leading to penalties. Use established payment providers with sufficient liquidity to handle hundreds of transactions daily.
Mango has also implemented a strict policy to ensure that any user who violates these terms or defaults on any part of the agreement will be penalized and charged accordingly.
Important: Once a subscription is processed, reversal requests will not be accepted. Attempting to reverse charges may lead to additional issues and we shall not be held responsible.
Please note: Penalties are charged at twice the original subscription amount, and we are not responsible for resolving violations of this policy.

If your subscription is flagged, our system will mark it as:
“Serial no. Price doubled by Mango.”
To reactivate in such cases, you must pay the original subscription fee again. If you choose not to proceed, you may request a refund through our support team.

Follow the instructions here to help you with updating your decorder, these instructions are very clear and easy to understand however they require a conscious mind to work with.
1. Update your decorder to version that activates the last server as 150.
For this case, its F-CAM 150.
Follow these instructions to update;
- Go to Network Application, it can be under expansion or under Network setting, or Just under Network Apps.
- locate Update Online, or update, or Os Update.
- Choose the Sw update closest to the date today.
- click and proceed to update.
Confirm if your update clearly makes the server update to 150.
Check using the procedure below;
- Do factory reset under installation > choose All > and proceed through.
- Go to Network setting
- Then server setting
- Then move to the last server.
- MAKE SURE THE INTERNET IS CONNECTED TO THE DECORDER.
2. After this, *please disable the server just before the last server.* If your last server is 10, disable 9. If your last server is 15, disable 14.
3. Then load default server at the last server.
- Go to the last server at 10, or 15, press button corresponding to Load default server. It can be info, or F1 proceed to choose yes and save the information.
- Some decorders automatically save while others prompt you to save, so be careful when exiting so that you don't miss that.
4. Search channels,
- Go to installation, then antenna settings.
- choose satellite as 36E
- choose transponder as 12245 H
- Then do transponder search.
- this will lower the time taken in the search.
After that, the channels will work very well, and steadily.
This applies to F-CAM devices!
If you device returns a message “NO SOFTWARE UPDATE FOUND” please use the steps below to help you update it using USB flash.
Here is a step by step guide to help you install software on your decorder using a USB flash drive.
Please make sure you're following this very well.
- Tap in the link corresponding to your decorder model, and download the file.
- Check the file in downloads.
- Format the USB flash.
- Then insert the USB flash and connect it to your phone, or use a computer to copy the file from your device.
- Copy and paste the file on the flash.
- Unmount the flash from your phone.
- Insert the flash into the decorder.
- Go to Menu > Installation > USB/USB menu.
- Locate the file and press ok,
- Turn the prompt to Yes and proceed to update it.
